I should have a second with SMD placed, but cannot find it. Probably somewhere at my friends office who did do the soldering, I will check this Friday and keep you informed.

Hey,

Hi,

then lets switch to english? I just stopped at the office and grab what was there. Unfortunately the second 1200 board has already soldered MX blue (aka clicky) switches. So this is my offer, select what matches best for you:

1.) Decent 1200 Rev 4 PCB , all SMD parts soldered, 56 MX clicky switched soldered, Duroc stabilizers, aluminium plate 56 * 0.65€ (switches) + 20€ (alumnium plate) + 15.49 (one set of Duroc V2 stabilizers) = 71.89€ 1 available Decent_1200_rev4_front_1.jpg Decent_1200_rev4_back_1.jpg

OR 2.) Decent 1200 Rev 4 PCB, no SMD parts soldered, with WHITE aluminium plate (should be painted black) = 0€ 3 available Decent_1200_rev4_with_white_plate.jpg

OR 3) Decent XE Rev 15.1 PCB, no SMD parts soldered, with BLACK aluminium plate = 45€ 3 available Decent_XE_rev15.1.jpg Decent_XE_rev15.2.jpg

3a) resin printed (Somos Ledo) XE console keys (5 standard keys, no F1-F4) in white 130XE+Decent_XE.jpg

Please note that there is no need to solder the SMD resistors, LEDs and the potentiometer if you don't need the coloring (which isn't a killer feature, at least for me). In that case I could also offer MX clicky (non-transparent blue) or MX tactile (non-transparent brown) switches, 0.56€ per switch.

Best regards,

Hi,

Good piece of work! I prefer to buy first option. Please tell me something about caps for 1200XL... are original caps fit MX clicky or I need to have new resin printed caps?

The Decent_XE looks amazing! I'm considering to buy this one as well (with caps)... need to take a decision.

You can't use original key caps with this board, it is designed for the "modern layout". You have a big return key, a smaller space, and Ctrl left and right of the Space key. See here

Decent1200.jpg

With this keyboard, you need new keycaps. These are expensive, 99$ plus porto + taxes, so expect ~120€ plus porto. You can buy them yourself from GloblinTech if you figure it out how (I was not able), or from Bertrand. I can offer to bundle it with my next order from him, so the porto (~45€ if I remember right) will be shared.

You also need printed consol keys. These are normally mounted on Kailh Choc low profile switches, BUT as this board is a "wrong" revision, it was designed for low profile MX switches. So, you must EITHER fix this by drilling holes for Chocs, fix them somehow (no solder pads), and fix the traces you will destroy, OR use Bertrands consol key model and modify it for MX switches.

Hi,

Still want to have UNPOPULATED board for 1200XL (will be assembly in free time) and FULLY equipped XE keyboard. Just let me know about about whole cost + postage with tracking.

Please tell me method of payment - Revolut/paypal or bank transfer (have native DE account)

Best Regards, pancio

Ok, (you wrote the first option which was the populated).

Hence, unpopulated 1200XL Rev 4 board with WHITE aluminum plate = 0€

What means "fully equipped". I have only unpopulated XE boards (but without design defects)?

So, DecentXE Rev 15.1 PCB + DecentXE black aluminium plate 45€

Resin printed Consol Keys for XE, white, 10€

DPD (with tracking I assume) 12€ DHL Päckchen XS without tracking 6,49€ DHL with tracking 14,49€

Hence, send me either 45 or 55 + Porto. If possible, use PayPal: mm.beck@gmx.net Banktransfer is also possible if needed.
